  4. A properly fitted Costumed Cats harness and Costumed Cats leash if removed from the Costumed Cats carrier
  5. Costumed Cats that can be handled safely without undue stress
  6. Owners to remain with their Costumed Cats at all times

  8. Proof of Health – Organizers often require valid proof of up-to-date vaccinations – especially Rabies – before Costumed Cats entry to the show hall.
